Have you, a family member or a deceased loved one received Workers’ Compensation benefits for an asbestos-related claim?

You may have been told that if you accepted Workers’ Compensation benefits, you would not be able to collect any other benefits from any trust funds or otherwise.

We lost one of the founding partners of our law firm, Bill Morrow, Q.C., to mesothelioma, and he had been told the same thing. He didn’t accept that, and after his passing, our firm, including Bill’s wife, Judy Morrow, K.C., continued the fight on his behalf.

We were successful. Here’s our story.

Does Everyone Qualify?

If you, a family member or a deceased loved one have been diagnosed with mesothelioma or any asbestos-related disease now or in the past and have been or are currently in receipt of Workers’ Compensation benefits, please contact us as you may be entitled to the additional funds that Bill and Judy’s family have received.

If you qualify, we promise to put our experience to work for you and to advocate on your family’s behalf.

We know this won’t cure the disease, but it can help alleviate the financial stress.

Whether or not our approach is something that will work for your family depends on your particular circumstances. For that reason, we would ask that you complete the attached questionnaire so we can determine whether or not we can help.

Are You Entitled To More?

Let’s see if we can help your case.

Bill & Judy Morrow’s Story

Judy lost her husband, Bill, to mesothelioma when he was just 63 years old. Bill was exposed to asbestos while working a summer job in a shipyard in Saint John, New Brunswick in the 1970’s. Bill and Judy are the founding lawyers at the law firm Morrow Morrow & Crosbie.

Bill passed away due to his diagnosis of mesothelioma in 2018. He was a wonderful husband, father, brother, friend, and community supporter. He was also an excellent and accomplished lawyer advocating for his clients for almost 40 years prior to his death.
